Don't ignore day cream, as it is important not only to nourish the skin, but also to protect it from wind, dust and sunlight. A few minutes  applying the cream, the excess should be removed with cosmetic sponge.

In the evening, you need to wash more thoroughly. After washing, you can wash with  yogurt. At night, a nourishing cream should be applied on the face. Once a week, you can rub the skin with a deep cleanser. How to do it correctly? The easiest way to clean is a steam bath. For normal skin, five minutes is enough to open the pores well.

Steam can be treated with any type of skin, however, there are also violations: redness, aging blood vessels, the tendency to experience swollen pimples. It is recommended that people with bronchial asthma, circulatory disorders, and heart disease abandon the steam system.

When steaming, medicinal herbs can be used: rosemary, white yarrow, wormwood. They improve blood circulation and refresh the skin. If there is no steam bath, you can clean your face with salt . To prepare it, you need to take 2 teaspoons of shaving cream, half a teaspoon of soda and a teaspoon of salt, mix it and apply it on the skin. Gently massage lines, rub this mass into the skin and rinse with cold water.

Oatmeal and whipped protein blends have even better properties. How to make a face mask? Beat the protein and add the oatmeal until the slurry has a consistency of thick sour cream. Normal skin care is not difficult. It is important to apply the mask on the face with a thin layer and let it dry. Then turn over the bath and remove the mask from the skin, then wash with cold water. If you have come dones on your face, you can wipe them off with a broom dipped in lemon juice. If you wish, you can cleanse your face with an alcohol tonic. After cleansing the skin, the skin should be nourished. Beat everything on a green mass and add a tablespoon of oatmeal. Apply the mixture on the skin for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm and then cold water. In cold weather, vitamin A drops can be added to the mask. In winter, the cream should not be applied for more than an hour after going out, as any cream contains water that makes the face evaporate and cool.
